We offer many different Managed IT services including IT Support, Cyber Security, Data Backup, Disaster Recovery, Web Hosting, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Internet Connectivity, Unified Communications and more.

Primarily we offer remote support, simply because most incidents or issues can be resolved without visiting your premises, however we do offer on-site support if required.

If you sign up on one of our Managed IT Support agreements then you’ll have a guaranteed service level agreement. In general we aim to respond to all requests within 15 minutes of them being logged. If you have an emergency then we’d always recommend to give us a call where one of our support team, will be able to assist.

Yes! As our name suggests, we do everything CLOUD. If you have any on-premise infrastructure or a mixture of both on-premise & cloud infrastructure, we can still help you and provide ongoing support & maintenance!
